citizens of Buffalo are proud of their community and embrace the opportunity for growth and progress. Neighbors are friendly, and school, churches, and local organizations are like extended family. For a town of about 220 people, we have several businesses to make life pleasant, an excellent licensed daycare facility, preschool program, and public library. has a ballpark complex which includes two diamonds, volleyball sandpit, and playground area. Near the school, there's an outdoor basketball court, and on Main Street, a picnic area with horseshoe court.
There never seems to be a lack of anything to do at almost any given time. People sometimes ask, “What do you do in a small town to keep busy?” We just smile and say, "What don’t I do?” Occasionally we get a chance to slow down and reflect on how good it is to live in this special place we call “home.” Buffalo.
